^18F-FDGPET-CT的SUV值在预测卵巢癌患者术后化疗的反应性的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨^18氟-脱氧葡萄糖(^18F—FDG)正电子发射计算机体层摄影(PET—CT)的SUV值在预测卵巢癌患者术后化疗的反应性的临床意义。方法:22例卵巢癌患者术前及(或)术后行^18F—FDGPET—CT诊断为卵巢癌,术后病理已证实,并于术后行化疗.通过随访了解患者的生存时间。结果:随着卵巢癌肿瘤病理分化程度的降低,术前肿瘤原发灶及术后肿瘤转移灶SUV值都呈增高趋势;不论病理类型,术后转移灶SUV值在正常范围者预后较好,高于正常值者预后较差。结论:^18F—FDGPET—CT的SUV值在预测卵巢癌患者术后化疗的反应性的研究对卵巢癌患者治疗及其预后判断有一定临床指导意义。
