As an Olympic partner, China Netcom build a secure and reliable Olympics communications network elaborately. Qingdao Branch adopt many advanced communications technology to support communications network for the Olympic Sailing. In this paper, we presented the Olympic Sailing network construction scheme in detail in transmission network, IP data networks, switching networks, optical cable communications support, electric power system etc.
