摘要
在经历了电信高速发展的时代后,电信企业步入精细化管理的阶段。企业借助ERP系统的实施应用,建立起以价值为核心的管理理念,通过优化从采购到付款、从销售到收款以及工程项目管理和人力资源管理四大基础运营管理流程,使财务管理从事后处理延伸到事前控制和事中的过程管控,降低了服务成本,控制了企业运营管理风险,实现了对企业精细化管理的支撑。本文分析了ERP系统给电信运营企业带来的挑战,并对ERP应用未来的发展趋势进行了详细阐述。同时,认为随着企业价值链管理的延伸,基于SOA技术的新一代ERP将朝着支撑企业价值网管理的方向深化应用、不断演进。
After the era which telecom developed in high rate, telecom enterprises come into the phase of fine management. The enterprises use the ERP system to build the management notion that takes value as the core. It makes the finance management extend to pre control and control in process to reduce the service cost, control the risk of enterprise operation management and realize the support of enterprise fine management by optimizing the four basic operation management workflows from purchase to payment, sales to gathering, project management and human resource management. Following the extend of value chain management, the new generation of ERP which is base on SOA technique will use in deep and continuously developing in the direction of supporting the enterprise value networks management.
