摘要
从电信运营商信息系统现状入手,运用客户关系管理理论对存在问题进行分析,提出了电信运营商的客户关系管理系统建设方案。通过改造现有信息系统,实现统一客户信息视图,进行市场营销管理系统建设,详细描述了市场营销管理系统的总体架构、功能组成、内部流程。
This paper starts with the current situation of carriers' information system, analyzes the existing problems by means of customer relationship management theory and gives the carriers' customer relationship management system solution. Besides, it also describes the marketing management system overall structure, function composition and internal workflow in detail.
