摘要 目的对挂金灯的染色体核型进行系统研究。方法采用常规制片方法,结合显微摄影技术对染色体进行检测、分析。结果挂金灯体细胞染色体数目2n=24;核型公式为 K(2n)=24=24 m;染色体相对长度组成为2n=24=14M_2+8M_1+2S,属于"1A"型。全组染色体总长度是32.44 μm,长臂总长度18.34 μm,核型不对称系数为56.54%。染色体总体积21.69μm^3。结论挂金灯染色体的数量、形态清晰,可为进一步的深入研究打下基础。 Objective To systematically study P. alkekengi L. var. franchetii (Mast.) Makino chromosome karyotype etc. Methods Conventional sections method combined with micrograph were used to analyse chromosome. Results The plant normal diploid 2 n:24 m, karyotype formula is K (2 n): 24= 24 m, the relative length of the chromosome was 2 n: 24:14 M2+8 M1 +2S, which belonged to "1A" type. The total length of the chromosome groups was 32.44um, the total length of long arms was 18.34 um, the AS. K% was 56.54%. The total volume of the chromosome was 21.69 um^3. Conclusion P. alkekengi L. var. franchetii (Mast.) Makino chromosome number, and morphological character were clear.
