摘要
在总结国内外汽轮机状态监测系统的基础上,提出开发一种"ARM+DSP+MCU"三核汽轮机状态监测系统的规划。对该系统中的主控部分、汽轮机振动信号及非振动信号监测的设计和实现情况进行了介绍。将该系统应用于某火电厂300 MW机组,其运行情况基本达到设计指标。
Based on conclusion of foreign and domestic turbine condition monitoring system, the" ARM + DSP + MCU" three cores turbine condition monitoring system is put forward. The design and implement of main control part, turbine vibration signals and non vibration signals monitoring are introduced. After application of this system in 300 MW. unit, the operation condition reaches design index.
