摘要
洛阳分公司储罐压油操作不当引起拱顶储罐失稳抽瘪事故时有发生,且多数管理和操作人员认识存在偏差。结合案例,进行了较为详细的分析,提出了改进措施。
Since SH 3007-1999 Code for the design of tank farms in petrochemical storage and transportation system was put into practice, shrinking accident of dome roof tank in service remarkable decreased as a result of improved installation of breather valves.However in recent years,shrinking accidents occasionally happened at SINOPEC Luoyang Branch Company or other enterprises as a result of improper operation. Besides,most of the managerial personnel and operators have cognitive deviation.Based on a case at Luoyang Branch Company,this paper analyses the causes in detail and introduces the improvement measures.
