高校创新人才孵化器建设模式实践探析

The Practice and Exploration on Incubator Construction Model of University Innovative Talents

本文借助教育部“研究生教育创新计划”大力推行之机，以重庆大学研究生创新实践基地为依托，探讨了高校研究生创新人才孵化器建设模式。该模式可简单归结为“一四三模式”，其内容包括创新人才培养目标的确立、创新人才团队建设四大原则的构建和三大基础支撑体系的建设。

Taking the opportunity of the promoting of innovation project of graduate education by ministry of education, and studying the case of graduate student innovation practice base of Chongqing University, this paper discuses the incubator construction model of university innovative talents. This model can be simply concluded as ＂143model＂, which includes four principals such as the established purpose of innovative talents cultivation, innovation team construction and three basic supporting systems.
