构建与公安本科专业人才培养目标及公安工作实际需求相适应的科学合理的课程体系,是培养高层次公安专业人才,实现我国公安高等教育战略性发展所必须解决的一个十分重要和紧迫的问题。该课程体系的改革与建构,必须以先进科学的理念作指导,贯彻创新性和特色性、实战性和应用性、开放性和前瞻性等原则,以能力培养为主线改革创新教学体系,以规范化的教学管理制度保障课程体系的顺利实施。

To construct a scientific and reasonable curriculum which meets both the demands of cultivating talents for public security work and the demands of the practical work is a pressing and important issue in the cultivation of high - quality talents and the strategic development of higher education. The construction of such a curriculum should be guided by advanced and scientific concepts. This curriculum should be innovative and characteristic, practical and applicable, open and forward. The teaching mechanism should be reformed aiming to enhance students capability. And the teaching management should be standardized to guarantee the implementation of such a curriculum.
