摘要
用失重法研究了在1.0 mol/L H_2SO_4中10~40℃香兰素(4-羟基-3-甲氧基-苯甲醛)在冷轧钢表面上的吸附及缓蚀作用。结果表明,香兰素对钢的缓蚀率随香兰素的浓度增加而增大,而随温度的增加而减小;香兰素在钢表面的吸附符合Temkin吸附模型。通过吸附理论和动力学Arrhenius公式分别求出了相应的吸附热力学参数(吸附自由能ΔG^0,吸附热ΔH^0,吸附熵ΔS^0)和动力学参数(表观活化能E_a,指前因子A),并根据这些参数讨论了缓蚀作用机理。
The adsorption and inhibition effect of vanillin (4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-benzaldehyde) on cold rolled steel (CRS) in 1.0 mol/L H2SO4 solution at 10~40℃ has been investigated by weight loss method. The inhibition efficiency of vanillin increased with the increasing of inhibitor concentration, and decreased with the temperature increment. The adsorption of vanillin on CRS surface obeyed the Temkin adsorption isotherm equation. The experimental data had been treated with adsorption theory and kinetic Arrhenius equation. Three adsorption thermodynamic parameters (adsorption free energy AGo, adsorption heat △H^0, adsorption entropy △S^0) and two kinetic parameters (apparent activation energy Ea, pre-exponential factor A) were also calculated. The inhibitive mechanism was discussed in detail according to the parameters.
