摘要
采用脉冲恒流电源,研究了硬质铝合金2A12在不同低浓度硫酸溶液中脉冲恒流硬质阳极氧化工艺。探讨了溶液浓度、氧化温度、氧化时间、电流密度、脉冲周期与显微硬度、氧化电压、膜厚、膜层质量之间的关系,从而获得了硬质铝合金脉冲阳极氧化的最佳工艺方案。研究表明:将氧化温度控制在-2~0℃,浓度控制在2%左右时能够很好地解决表面均匀性问题。
The hard anodic oxidation coating of aluminum alloy 2A12 was prepared in sulfuric acid solutions of different low concentrations with special apparatus. The effects of solution concentration, oxidation temperature, oxidized time, current density and pulse period on the micro-hardness, oxidation voltage, film thickness and film quality were studied. The optimum technology of pulse anodic oxidation for 2A12 was obtained. The problem of surface quality could be solved by controlling the temperature at -2~0℃ and the solution concentration at 2%.
