Based on close analysis on the development of MES technology, combined with the specific conditions of mechanical manufacturing enterprise in our country, analyzes the shop manufacturing process, the main function models and information exchange relations of mechanical manufacturing enterprise. A plan to integrate the management system and technology system by shop manufacturing process is put forward, and the integrated solution of shop manufacturing process is proposed to satisfy the integrated demands.
