摘要
以渐开线圆柱齿轮为基础,推导出椭圆齿轮压力角、节曲线长度、长/短轴半径和不产生根切的最少齿数等几何参数的计算公式;在AutoCAD环境下,模拟范成法加工齿轮,绘制出椭圆齿轮的齿廓仿真曲线。
Based on the theory of involutes circular gears, the geometrical parameters of elliptical gears are formulated, including pressure angle, the circumference of pitch curve, the length of major/minor semi-axis, and minimum number of teeth without undercutting. Moreover, a computer simulation program is developed to generate the tooth profiles of elliptical gears in AutoCAD.
