摘要
介绍牛角弯头(或称圆锥管弯头)三维展开放样新方法,即利用三维CAD SolidWorks系统软件进行牛角弯头展开放样。该方法主要利用三维CAD软件1∶1快速生成弯头的反向排列圆锥台的立体线架图,然后由计算机快速测量出各节圆锥管的母线实长,进而进行整体平面展开。该方法突破了传统的放样模式,步骤简单、快捷,数据准确、可靠,大大优于传统的"作图法"、"计算法",是对传统放样模式的技术提升,是牛角弯头展开放样准确、简单化的有效途径。该方法提高了弯头的放样质量和效率,具有实际使用价值。
Gives a new method of bull horn elbow( conical tube elbow)three-dimensional development lofting for the reader, namely, the use of three-dimensional CAD SolidWorks system software for bull horn elbow development lofting the technical means. That means use of three-dimensional CAD software quickly genera reverse to arrangement stereo line graph of the elbow, then the computer quickly measures out each bus conical tube real long, then the method of drawing planes development graph. That method has break through traditional lofting model. This method elbow lofting quality and efficiency turbine guide vans, have practical using value, so it can be a reference for the people concerned.
