摘要
推导负载敏感泵的数学模型,建立直观的物理化AMESim模型,并进行仿真研究,研究表明,负载敏感阀的弹簧刚度、阀芯直径、开口形状及附加阻尼孔对负载敏感泵的动态响应起着重要作用,对理解、使用和设计负载敏感泵都有一定的参考价值。
The mathematical model for Load Sensing(LS) axial piston pump is established. AMESim is applied to model, simulate and analyze the KS pump system. Simulation results clarify that spring stiffness, control area of the flow-control valve, shape of the valve core and the damping orifices have great influence to the dynamic characteristics of the pump. The results will be useful for understanding,using and designing LS pump.
