Construction of a perfect medical security system of China is one of the core elements in today＇s medical system reform. Combined with China building a harmonious society system and the present conditions, we analysis and make a comparison of the foreign medical security systems and get a conclusion that it is necessary to establish a government-led, appropriate citations to the market mechanism, ＂ low level, wide coverage, multi-level＂ coordinated development of the medical security system in China.
