413例门诊退药原因分析及对策

Countermeasure and Analysis of 413 Cases of Outpatient Drug Repercussion

对我院门诊退药情况进行调查，分析原因并提出相应对策，减少患者退药行为的发生。收集2007年9月~10月期间我院门诊退药的详细情况，进行统计分析。引起患者退药的主要因素有药物不良反应、处方差错和医院信息系统问题等八个方面。提高医师及药学工作人员的业务素质、开展药物警戒工作、完善医院信息系统、制订管理制度等方法可加强退药管理工作。

The causes of outpatient drug repercussion were analyzed, and the countermeasure was got to decrease the events. The cases of outpatient drug repercussion from Sep 2007 to Oct 2007 were gathered. The main cause of outpatient drug repercussion included 8 aspects such as ADR, prescription errors and HIS errors. We should improve the competence of medical staff, develop the pharmacovigilance, upgrade the HIS and establish the relative rules to reinforce the management of drug repercussion.
