摘要
目的:测定夏桑菊颗粒中蒙花苷的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-水-冰醋酸(26:73:1)为流动相;流速为0.7 mL·min^(-1);检测波长为326 nm。结果:进样量在20.6～206.0 ng 之间,进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;回收率为98.5%。结论:样品分离效果好,测定结果准确,可靠,重复性好。
Objective：To determine the content of buddleoside in Xiasangju Granules. Methods：A RP - HPLC method was established using C 18 column （250 mm × 4. 6 mm ,5μm）, with acetonitrile -water -acid acetic glacial （26： 73：1 ） as a mobile phase,flow rate was 0. 7 mL · min-1 ,detection wavelength at 326 nm. Results：The linear range of buddleoside was 20. 6 - 206. 0 ng, the average recovery was 98.5%. Conclusions： The method showed good separation, the results are accurate and reproducible.
