摘要
目的:建立大枣中无刺枣苄苷Ⅱ的HPLC分析方法。方法:采用ZorbaxSB—C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水(20:80)为流动相,流速为1mL·min^-1,检测波长为210nm,柱温30℃。结果:无刺枣苄苷Ⅱ在0.046—0.582μg呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999。12批不同产地的大枣中无刺枣苄苷Ⅱ质量分数在0.013%~0.041%。结论:该方法简单、重复性好,可用于大枣的质量控制。
Objective: To develop a quantitative method for determination of zizybeoside Ⅱ in Ziziphus jujuba. Method: The samples were separated at 30℃ on a Zorbax SB-C18 column eluted with methanol-water (20: 80) as the mobile phase. Flow rate was set at 1.0 mL ·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. Result: The calibration curve was linear within the range from 0. 046 to 0. 582 μg (r =0. 999 9) and the average recovery was 97.2%. 12 batches of the crude drugs purchased from different areas were determined and the contents of zizybeoside Ⅱ in Fructus Jujubae were fluctuated from 0. 013% to 0. 041%. Conclusion: The method is simple, repeatable and could be used for the quality control of Z. jujuba.
