随着人民生活水平的提高,小包装食用油逐渐成为食用油市场的主体。通过对中国7个地区13个城市小包装食用油的品牌、种类和宣传点等方面的调查显示,金龙鱼、福临门、鲁花、多力几个品牌是主导品牌,占有较大的市场份额,另外,各地区也有很多地方品牌。品牌分布有明显的区域特征,如九三、中昌、海狮等均是地方知名品牌。食用油的种类有200多种,其中成都的菜籽油、青岛和深圳的花生油的种类明显高于其他城市。除了大豆油、花生油等主流食用油外,茶籽油、橄榄油也逐渐在市场崭露头角,市场前景乐观。从食用油的标签上可以看出,中国主流食用油的质量是比较可靠的,芝麻油、橄榄油的安全值得关注。大豆油的转基因问题比较突出,大部分食用油未标识抗氧化剂,TBHQ是食用油使用的主要抗氧化剂。营养标签的使用有待进一步规范。
With the improvement of people' s living standands, small - package edible oil has gradually become the main body of edible oil market. According to the survey of the small - package of edible oil' s brands, categories and propaganda points distributed in seven regions of Chinese 13 cities,the Jinlongyu, Fulinmen, Luhua and Duoli are leading brands, which have a large market share. In addition, there are many local brands with obvious regional characteristics, for example, the Jiusan, Zhongchang and Haishi brands are all well - known local brands. There are more than 200 kinds of edible oils. The catagories of rapeseed oil in Chengdu, peanut oil in Qingdao cities. The olive oil and oil -tea camellia seed and Shenzhen are significantly higher than that of other oil are gradually emerging in the markert, their market prospect is optimistic. The analysis of edible oil' s labels shows that the quality of mainstream oil in China is relatively reliable, however, the security of sesame oil and olive oil is worth concerning. The transgenic issue of soybean oil is conspicuous. Most of the edible oil did not identify the antioxidant. TBHQ is the main antioxidant used in the edible vegetable oil. The application of nutrition label needs further standardizing.
