水溶性大豆多糖的抑菌活性研究 被引量:17

摘要 对大豆多糖的抑菌活性进行了研究。试验表明,大豆多糖对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、产黄青霉和黑曲霉都有一定的抑制作用;在pH 6的条件下大豆多糖抑菌活性最强;大豆多糖对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、黑曲霉和产黄青霉的最小抑菌质量浓度分别为8.0、6.0、1.0 mg/mL和1.0 mg/mL。 The soluble soybean polysaccharide was prepared and its antibacterial activities were studied. The results showed that the polysaccharide had inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus ,Aspergillus niger and Penicillium chrysogenum in a certain extent. The inhibitory effects was the strongest at pH 6. The minimal inhibitory mass concentration of soluble soybean polysaccharide to Eschem coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Aspergillus niger and Penicillium chrysogenum were 8. 0 mg/mL, 6. 0 mg/mL, 1.0 mg/mL and 1.0 mg/mL, respectively.
