摘要
采用金相分析、硬度测试及化学成分分析等方法对销轴断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明,由于零件未按要求进行热处理,导致表面脱碳层超标、组织中有马氏体等非正常组织,加上在螺纹牙底容易造成应力集中,因此在使用后不久便发生了销轴在螺纹处断裂失效。
The fracture of break drum bolt on pin-axis of entire car was analyzed by means of metallographic examination, hardness testing and chemical composition analysis. The results showed that the heat treatment was abnomal which caused the surface of decarbonization and abnormal structure such as martensite appeared. In addition, the stress concentration arised on the base of the screw. So the pin-axis screw wiU fracture after operating in a short time .
