The angel measure-and-display device which is custom-builted for the magnet sucking disk is introduced in this paper.The demand for this kind of device is listed first.Then the detailed hardware designs and lectotype are given, which includes sensing unit,incremental photoelectric encoder and its direction-detecting-and-counting circuit,and MCU,and the display circuit.At the end of this paper is the flow process charts of the main program and the key interrupt service routine.
