针对某大型焦化公司新建特大型焦炉工程,设计了基于GE Fanuc PLC的出焦除尘控制系统。阐述了焦化出焦除尘的工艺流程和控制机理,给出硬件配置框图,实现了HMI实时监控和管理。

A dust removal control system during coke discharge based on GE Fanuc PLC is designed for new large-scale cokeoven project in a large coking company.The technological process and control mechanism of dust removal during coke discharge are described,the hardware configure fig is provided,the HMI real time surveillance and management is implemented.
