摘要
目的：探讨彩超诊断未破裂型异位妊娠的声像图特征及其应用价值。材料与方法：应用彩色多普勒超声显像法对２５例可疑异位妊娠患者进行观察。结果：检出未破裂型异位妊娠２２例，占８８％。表现为（１）子宫增大，宫内无孕囊，子宫动脉增粗，ＲＩ值０７８±００２。（２）附件包块处探及胎盘后血流，ＲＩ值０３８±００４。（３）黄体血流，ＲＩ值０５０±００２。误诊３例，占１２％。结论：彩色多普勒是一项无创早期诊断未破裂型异位妊娠的新方法。
Purpose: To study the imaging characteristic and the value of Color Doppler imaging in the diagnosis of non broken ectopic pregnancy (EP). Materials and Methods: 25 cases of clinically suspected EP were observed by Color Doppler Ultrasonography. Results: Color Doppler Ultrasonography showed non broken EP in 22 cases (88%), misdiagnosed in 3 (12%). The imaging charcteristics included: (1) The uterus were enlarged but with no gestational sac in uterus. The resistance index (RI) of the uterine artery was 0.78±0.02. (2) The post placenta blood flow was detected in appendicular mass and its RI was 0.38±0.04. (3) The RI of yellow body blood flow was 0.50±0.02. Conclusion: Color Dopplerr Ultrasonography is a new useful method in the early and non invasive diagnosis of non broken EP.
