摘要
目的:寻找灵敏,特异,无创的诊断乳腺癌方法。材料方法:用99mTcMIBI对60例乳腺肿块患者进行乳腺平面显像,采用早期(15min)及延迟(3hr)二时相。观察肿块及淋巴结部位有无放射性浓聚。全部病例有手术病理对照。结果:31例乳腺癌患者,99mTcMIBI显像阳性28例。其灵敏度为90.3%,特异性为79.3%,准确率为85%。29例良性肿物99mTcMIBI显像阳性6例。结论:99mTcMIBI乳腺显像对鉴别诊断乳腺肿块的良、恶性有较高敏感性和准确性,是一种无创的检查方法。
Purpose: To provide a noninvasive, specific and sensitive diagnostic method for breast carcinoma. Material and Method: sixty female patients with breast masses which were pathologically proven underwent double phase (15min and 3hr) 99m Tc MIBI scintimamography (SMM), to observe if there was radioactive accumulation in brease masses and axillary lymphonode Results: 28 of 31 patients with breast carcinoma had positive imaging, but only 6 of 29 patients with benign breast lesions showed positive results. In this study, diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 90.3%, 79.3%, and 85%, respectively. Conclusion: 99m Tc MIBI SMM may provide a highly specific and sensitive method in the differentiation of malignant mass from benign one.
