胆囊颈管结石致胆总管扩张的研究

Observation on the Change of Common Bile Duct induced by Stone Obstruction at the Cystic Duct

目的：以前瞻性方式研究对比胆囊颈管结石（ｎ＝３０）与胆囊体部结石（ｎ＝５０）对胆总管直径的影响。材料和方法：对比两组胆总管超声内径和术中实测外径。结果：胆囊颈管结石组胆总管超声内径和术中实测外径（６９ｍｍ，１１５ｍｍ）大于胆囊体结石组（４７ｍｍ，８２ｍｍ）。结论：胆囊颈管结石是胆总管轻度扩张的原因之一。

Puppose: This study was aimed at the effect of gallstone on diameter of common bile duct. Materials and Methods: The diameter of common bile duct was determined using ultrasound before and measured directly during operation in patients with gallbladder stones and with gallstone at cystic duct. Results: The results showed that both ultrosonic and measured diameter of group one (stone obstructs the cystic duct) was significantly larger than that of group two (stones located inside gallbladder). Conclusion: It was believed that stone which obstructed the cystic duct of gallbladder might be one factor causing enlargement of common bile duct.
