广州地区文献资源共享存在问题及其原因分析

On Library Information Resource Sharing in Guangzhou

广州地区图书馆文献资源共享程度不高,服务效益不太理想,表层原因在于读者对文献资源共享的需求不旺,对共享费用分担的不尽合理以及各图书馆之间管理系统技术上的不兼容等等;深层原因还在于制度上的无章可循,缺乏法律法规的保障,经济上的经费分配不合理,共建共享经费投入不畅,管理上的科学合理运行机制的缺乏,缺乏市民的积极参与等等。

The present situation in the sharing of documentary resources is far from optimistic in Guangzhou. The paper discusses the major existing problems in library information resource sharing in Guangzhou and the obstacles in six aspects the user, the fees, the system, the law, the fund and the management.
