防污染毛刷采样定量培养法诊断下呼吸道感染病原菌 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究防污染毛刷诊断下呼吸道感染病原菌的价值。方法采用经纤维支气管镜单套管防污染毛刷(PSB)采集下呼吸道感染标本,微生物自动检诊系统(AMS)快速诊断病原菌及药敏试验,建立起一套简单、可靠、快速的下呼吸道感染病原学诊断方法。结果PSB采集法具有良好的防污染性能,较常规咳痰法具有更高的准确性、敏感性、特异性。结论提出以103CFU/ml作为区分下呼吸道感染病原菌与污染菌的标准,≥103CFU/ml者为病原菌,<103CFU/ml者为污染菌。 Objective The purpose of this study was diagnosis of lower respiratory tract infection. with brush specimens from airway. Methods Protected specimen brush (PSB) and automatic system (AMS) have been used to collected the specimens and to rapid diagnose the pathogens in lower respiratory tract infections. Results So established a simple, reliable and rapid method to diagnose the pathogens in lower respiratory tract infectious diseases. Conclusion We made a suggestion of 103 CFU/ml as the standard to divide pathogens and contaminated bacteria. The bacteria of more than 103 CFU/ml must be thought as pathogens and the bacteria of less than 103CFU/ml must be thought as contaminated bacterium.
