摘要
针对战术弹道导弹的威胁,多层防御拦截是目前较为有效的一种方案。为保证国土安全,针对战术弹道导弹的拦截方法问题,建立了多目标非线性规划数学模型,并运用运筹学理论,根据漏截率最小、拦截器消耗最少两个性能指标为目标进行了优化设计。然后,结合具体例子分析了"发射—发射"和"发射—观测—发射"两种作战模式的性能,给出了拦截方法。结果表明,在防御系统具备杀伤评估能力的条件下,"发射—观测—发射"模式是多层拦截战法中的最优拦截方法。
At present, TBM muhilayer interception is the most effective method aiming at TBM threat. According to TBM multilayer interception, a multiple target nonlinear programming mathematic model was established. In addition, this paper applied operational research to make optimal design based on least leakage rates and consumed interceptors. Then the modes of "launch - launch" and "launch - observation - launch" were analyzed by examples, and the interception method was provided. The results prove that "launch -observation -launch" mode is the optimal interception method on condition that the defense system is provided with capability of kill evaluation.
