摘要
差压铸造设备由于密封不严等原因使得差压铸造过程中存在较大的滞后,从MATLAB仿真曲线可以看出,采用常规PID控制器构成的控制系统,使得差压铸造过程中的被控对象产生明显超调,很难获得满意的控制性能。为了提高差压铸造控制系统的控制精度,采用Smith预估器对常规PID控制器进行了修正,仿真曲线表明,使用修正后的控制器构成的控制系统,能显著降低被控对象的超调量,明显提高控制系统的控制效果。因此,Smith预估器可有效解决差压铸造控制系统的滞后性,提高系统的控制精度。
The differential pressure casting process has big time - delay because the differential pressure casting equipment is not pressurized well and etc. From the MATLAB simulation curve it can be seen that the control system using PID controller makes the controlled object of the differential pressure casting process overshoot obviously and the control performance is not satisfactory. To increase differential pressure casing control system's precision lowered by the time - delay of the differential pressure casing process, a Smith controller is designed to revise the normal PID controller. And the simulation curve shows that the control system using this controller depresses the overshoot of the controlled object remarkably and increases the control effect of the control system obviously. Therefore, Smith controller can solve the time - delay problem of the differential pressure casting control system effectively and increase the precision of the control system.
