员工外部知识接收行为影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 关注组织间知识转移过程中的知识接收阶段,以接收方如何评价和接收外部知识为研究点,基于科技接受模型及ELM模型,推导并分析影响企业员工接收外部知识的直接影响因素(定制化知识、来源可信赖性和组织情境)及个体特征的调节影响作用,构建了知识接收概念模型,指出了未来的研究方向。
