光的干涉在水平调节及长度测量中的新应用

摘要 本文应用迈克耳孙干涉仪形成等倾干涉图样的原理,提出了快速、精确调整望远镜光轴和分光计中心轴垂直的方法,使用该方法在很大程度上缩短了调节时间并且提高了测量的准确性;将该调节思想与调零光程差的方法相结合,应用到杨氏弹性模量的测量中,提高了测量的精确性. In this paper, by applying the principle of equal inclination interferometer pattern using Michelson interferometer, we have proposed the method of fast and accurate adjustment for the telescope optical axis and the spectrometer central shaft vertical. The accommodation time can be reduced and the survey accuracy can be enhanced to a great extent by this method. The integration of this adjustment thought into the zero light path difference method, which can improve the measurement accuracy, has been applied in measuring Young's modulus of elasticity.
