摘要
本方法可使线、圆感应同步器装置的测量误差分别由±7.5μm和±1.8″减小到±1μm和±0.48″,显著地提高了测量系统的测量精度及可靠性,使该系统可以满足在普通齿轮加工机床上对5~6级大型齿轮齿形精度的测量要求。
The presented method can reduce the measuring errors of linear and circular inductosyns from ±7 .5 um and ± 1 .8″ to 1um and ±0 .48″ respectively, remarkably improved the measuring cy and reliability of this system. This measuring system can fulfill the requirements for measuring accuracy of large gears with grade 5-6 on ordinary gear cutting machines.
