财经类高职院校的专业设置以财经大类为主体,涵盖商贸、管理、金融、财会等各类专业,其面向的主要工作岗位为服务业。因此,在办学过程中,财经类高职院校应立足服务业对应岗位群的职业特质和要求,把学生职业道德教育作为首要目标,构建系统化、具有鲜明财经特色的课程体系和实训基地,强化以师德建设为核心的师资队伍建设,并通过加强高职教育理论研究和提高管理与服务水平建设财经特色鲜明的高职院校。

Service industries are their targeted positions.
