摘要
为探讨兰州市大气总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)对细胞DNA损伤修复的影响。检测了TSP对人全血细胞DNA合成影响,采用程序外DNA合成(UDS)试验方法,结果表明,各检测点TSP在加与不加S9条件下均具有一定的致突变活性(P<0.05或P<0.01),且各点UDS测定值均呈较好的剂量反应关系。说明UDS方法检测大气TSP混合物致突性有一定应用价值。
To explore the effect of total suspended particulate(TSP)in air on the damage and repairement of DNA in cells,human blood cells treated by extract of TSP were determined with unscheduled DNA synthesis assay in vitro.The results showed that all five tested TSP had mutagenicity with or without the activation of S9(P<005或P<001))and a better doseresponse relationship could be found.It indicated that UDS presented avialable for detecting the mutagenicity of TSP in atmospheric air.
