摘要
农民工在城市就业时与城市居民在互动中产生了冲突和磨擦,而这种群际冲突的实质是人们把自己看作不同社会群体的成员而发生的内隐或外显的对抗行为。社会类别化是群际冲突产生的认知基础,而相对被剥夺感是群际冲突的基本心理动力,群际冲突产生的直接原因则是农民工和城市居民之间有着利益冲突。要想减少这种群际冲突,就要消除刻板印象,通过平等的接触加强相互了解,并且要运用规范使冲突去人格化。
Inter- group conflicts between peasant - workers and citizens arisen from social interaction when peasant - workers work in city. The essence of inter - group conflicts is implicitly or explicitly opponent behavior when they think of themselves as members from different social groups. Inter- group conflicts on cognition are based on social categorization and relative deprivation is its basic psychological motive power. It directly results from conflicts of interest between peasant - workers and citizens. To eliminate the inter- group conflicts we should remove the stereotyped images on peasant - workers, enhance mutual understanding through equal contacts and stipulate social rules to impersonalize of conflicts.
