十多年来，沈阳飞机制造公司工业总产值逐年以１５％的速度增长．在发展生产的同时，认真贯彻李鹏总理的指示，在落实环保组织、强化环境管理、控制环境污染等方面做了实实在在的工作，“三废”排放量没有增加，真正实现了“经济建设与环境保护要协调发展”

Abstract For more then ten years,the total gross value of industrial output of Shenyang Aircraft Company increased by 15 per cent each year.While developing our production,we still carried outppremier Li peng's instruction on protecting environment conscientiously,and did a lot of fruitful works,such as setting up environmental protection organization,strengthening management of the environment,controlling pollution to the environment and so on.The amount of emission of the three wastes didn't increase.We really accomplished the coordination growth between economic construction and enviromental protection.
