摘要
孔径精度的自动控制是数控加工的一项关键技术。本文提出了一种在线控制精密镗孔尺寸的智能化补偿技术、整个系统是由精密微调镗头、检测装置、运算控制单元和补偿决策软件等组成的,其分辨率优于0.5μm。精度达微米级,可在无人化条件下加工出6~7级精度的孔。精密微调镗头系列除自动型外尚有机动型和手动型,适用于非数控机床的精密孔加工。
The autocontrol of boring accuracy is a key technique for NC technology. This paper advan ces an intelligent Compensation system for precision bore diameter in process control. The system consist of precision adjustable bore head, monitoring probe, process control unit and software for compensation strategy. The adjusting resolution is less than 0.5um, the amount of error is micrometer level, and the machined bo res are guaranteed for accuracy grade 6-7 in unmanned operation condition, Beside the automatic type for CNC machine tools the series JDT boring head also developed power and manuell types, they use for precision boring with none CNC machine tools availably.
