41例规范性保乳手术与临床预后分析

The therapeutic manner and clinical prognosis of canonical breast-conserving surgery

目的:探讨乳腺癌规范性保乳手术的术式与其临床预后。方法:41例乳腺癌,Ⅰ期17例,Ⅱ期23例,Ⅲ期1例,均行规范性保乳手术,术后辅以化疗、放疗、内分泌调节等综合治疗,随访6～27个月,中位随访20个月。结果:至目前为止,尚无1例局部复发和远处转移,患者自我形象满意。结论:规范性的保乳手术与局部复发率的控制、理想的美容效果及长期生存率的提高有密切的关系。

Objective：Breast-conserving therapy has been one of the important operation therapies for breast carcinoma in early stage. This article discussed the therapeutic manner and clinical prognosis of canonical breast-conserving therapy. Methods：41 patients with breast carcinoma, Ⅰ stage with 17 cases, Ⅱ stage with 23 cases, Ⅲ stage with 1 cases,who underwent canonical breast-conserving therapy, postoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy , endocrinotherapy and targeted therapy were followed up ranging from 6 to 27 months and observed for the clinical curative effect. Results：up to now, the local recurrent rate and distant metastasis rate is zero, the patients are satisfied with their self-image. Conclusion：the canonical breast-conserving therapy is relative to the control of local recurrent rate ,perfect hairdressing effect and the long-survival rate.
