摘要
本文以科学发展观为指导，总结全国教育考试科研多年来的主要成果和经验，分析教育考试工作所面临的新形势、新机遇，研究教育考试的发展方向，阐述围绕教育考试与评价制度创新、促进教育考试公平和提高考试质量开展教育考试研究需直面的若干问题。
The paper summarizes the main achievements and experiences of national education research with scientific developing views. Based on the analyzing of new situation and opportunity, education examination are pointed out. The issues about creation of the evaluation systems, the education fairness and the improvement of test quality are also discussed in the paper.
