Analysis of 85 ADR Case Reports of Xiangdan Injection

目的:了解香丹注射液临床应用的安全性,探讨其不良反应发生规律,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对2004年1月31日～2006年10月30日江苏省呈报的香丹注射液不良反应报告进行统计分析。结果:香丹注射液不良反应主要发生情况为皮肤及其附件损害、胃肠系统损害、心血管及多器官多系统损害。结论:医生、患者应严格按照药品说明书的规定合理用药,以减少药品不良反应的发生。

Objective： To understand the clinical safety of xiangdan injection,explore its ADR regularity, provide references for clinical use and promote its rational administration. Method： 85 ADR reports of xiangdan injection received from Jan. 31 st, 2004 to Oct. 30th, 2006 in Jiangsu Region were analyzed by using the retrospective study. Result： the ADRs of xiangdan injection could be complicated by dermatosis and digestive, cardiovascular or multi-organ and multi-system diseases. Conclusion： Doctors and patients should strictly comply with the directions in order to reduce the ADRs.
