摘要
妥善处理核电站产生的低、中放射性废物是核电事业健康发展的前提和保证。水泥可作为多种类型低、中放射性废物固化处理的基质材料。该文研究了4%硼酸废液水泥固化的配方,其结果表明,硼酸废液在水泥中虽有良好的分散性并起缓凝作用,但沙水与终凝时间过长,限制了配方中废液含量的提高。推荐配方中以三狮水泥为基材,其含砂水泥和纯水泥的固化配方,硼酸废液含量分别可提高到23%和28%。硼酸转化为硼酸钙沉淀的最佳反应条件是:硼酸废液浓度12%,硼钠比1.5,钙硼比8,滤液应进一步浓缩后再处理。
Research result of the ingredient of cement solidification with 4% of boricacid waste liquid was presented. The waste loading in cemented products in the presence of sand and absence of sand were 23% and 28% respectively. The best reaction condition for boric acid changed into calcium borate was as follow: concentration of boric acid waste liquid was 12%, ratio of boron and sodium, and boron and calcium were 1.5 and 8 respectively.
