摘要
细胞电泳法是近期发展起来的一种检测细胞膜表面微小改变的生物学方法,当膜表面电荷密度分布受影响时,细胞在等强度电场作用下的移动速率会发生改变。根据电泳速率的改变,可以判断外源性物质对细胞膜是否具损伤作用。该文通过D_7靶细胞与10种不同化学物质接触前后的细胞电泳重复性试验,显示出靶细胞电泳速率的不同变化情况,且多数具有较好的剂量反应关系。实验结果表明,细胞电泳率可作为评价环境中生物膜毒性物质的有效指标,并具有敏感、特异、重复性好、操作简单等优点。
Cell electrophoresis is one of the biological methods developed recently for detecting the infinitesmall changes in cell membrane. When changes of charge distribution in membrance surfae, cell mobility ratio will change in the equal intensity electric field. Therefore, on the basis of the change of electrophoresis ratio, it can be decided whether a xenogenous chemical has the damage effect on cell membrane. The result of repeated experiments of cell electrophoresis showed that it might be an effective index to appreciate the membrane toxicity materials in the environment. The great advantages of this technique include sensitivity, high specificity, good duplicity, simple and rapid operation.
