摘要 可靠性分配是舰艇训练模拟系统可靠性工程的重要环节。针对系统的使命任务,规划了系统的寿命剖面和任务剖面,建立了系统的任务可靠性模型。按照规定的任务可靠性指标,采用多因子系数专家评分方法将全系统的任务可靠性指标分配到各分系统或设备层面,得到初步分配结果。然后,依据任务可靠性模型预计系统的任务成功概率(MCSP),比照系统规定的任务可靠性指标,进行迭代修正计算,最终得到了满足规定要求的可靠性分配优化结果。 Reliability allocation is an important part in reliability engineering of warship simulation training system. According to the missions of system, the life profile and mission profiles were planned, and the mission reliability models were established Mission reliability indexes of the whole system were assigned to every subsystem or equipment using the method of experts scoring. The preliminary results of reliability allocation were obtained. Then, the mission completion success probability (MCSP) of system could be calculated. A modified iterative calculation was then carried out according to prescribe reliability indexes of system. The optimal results of reliability allocation which met the reliability requirement were obtained in the end.
