摘要
基于并行工程思想,提出了一种基于虚拟维修仿真分析过程的结果数据制作装备交互式电子技术手册(IETM)的方法。主要研究工作为:构建了一种基于主题的IETM内容数据模型(CDM),给出了典型装备IETM的组成结构;分析了典型虚拟维修仿真分析过程中的结果数据;提出了虚拟维修仿真系统和IETM创作系统的并行集成框架,设计了集成接口和相关模型,在产品生命管理平台下实现了二者的集成;在基于Jack软件环境的虚拟维修仿真系统中,以某型榴弹炮为例,进行虚拟维修样机建模、维修任务生成、虚拟维修仿真,最后通过以上结果数据生成了该榴弹炮的4级IETM系统。
Based on Concurrent Engineering (CE) theory, an approach for the equipment Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) generation was proposed based on virtual maintenance simulation and analysis (VMSA) processes result data, the main research work includes: building a schema-based IETM Content Data Model (CDM), putting forward a general IETM structure of typical equipment; analyzing the result data of typical VMSA processes; putting forward a CE oriented integration structure of the VMSA system and IETM generation system, designing the interface and related models, realizing the integration on a product lifeckvle management (PLM) platform; generating a howitzer's 1ETM using the result data through virtual maintenance prototype modeling, maintenance task generation and virtual maintenance simulation and analysis processes in a JACK-based VMSA system.
