超临界制备生物柴油实验装置传热的数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 以超临界条件下制备生物柴油的小型高温高压反应装置为研究对象,采用CFD软件对反应釜腔内流体的三维温度场分布进行了数值模拟。模拟结果与实验结果吻合程度高,证明了数值模拟方法对超临界条件下流体进行传热分析的可能性。研究结果表明,超临界条件下流体内的温度场分布存在不均匀性,且对此类装置提出了强化传热的方法,有效改善了温度场分布的不均匀性。 A small-sized reaction device with high temperature and high pressure for producing biodiesel on supercritical condition is researched. The distribution of three-dimensional temperature field of liquid in the reaction kettle was simulated with CFD software. The results are quite consistent with the experimental data, which indicates it is right to analyse thermal conduction of supercritical liquid by numerical simulation. The simulation results show that the distribution of temperature field was nonhomogeneous, a way to strengthen diathermancy for this kind of device is brougnt forward in order te improve the distribution of temperature field effectively.
