多周期下两种供应链协调策略研究

Research on Tow Kinds of Coordination Strategy of Supply Chain under Multi-period

为研究数量、时间协调对供应链运营成本的影响,在原有一对多的多周期供应链模型的基础上进行了数量和时间上的协调改进,通过对比传统分散决策、数量协调、时间协调三种决策下供应链的运营成本,得出数量协调和时间协调都可以使供应链绩效得以改善,而且时间协调还可在数量协调的基础上进一步优化供应链。最后通过算例验证了这一方法的有效性。

To study the influence of quantity and time factor on supply chain coordination, ＂One-To-Many＂ supply chain model is improved with multi-period in quantity and time. Through comparing performance cost of dispersed decision, quantity coordination with that of time coordination, Quantity coordination strategy and time coordi- nation strategy can improve the supply chain performance. Furthermore, time coordination can realize a better performance based on the above improvement. Finally, an example illustrating comprehensive evolution method is simple and effective.
