摘要
本文从全息干涉原理和测量方法入手,结合北京机床研究所对某些机床部件静、动态特性测量分析的实例,分别对全息干涉系统、全息技术的应用以及与模态分析技术的比较作一介绍。
To start with the principle of holographic interference and its measuring method, combining with the examples of measurement and analysis for the static and dynamic performances of some machine tool components carried out in Beijing Machine Tool Research Institute,in this paper, the holographic interference system,the application of holographic technique and a comparison with the modal analysis technique are introduced.
