摘要
基于为县市级组织部门能够客观公正地选拔任用干部提供技术支持的思想,通过分析县市级干部信息管理和选拔任用决策支持系统总体目标及系统结构,构建了干部选拔任用决策支持模型。该模型可根据岗位任职资格要求和干部自身信息对领导干部进行筛选、计分、排序,从而为组织部门公开、公正、公平地选拔任用干部提供决策支持。该系统的应用为县市级组织部门的日常工作提供了有效的帮助。
Based on the idea of providing technological support for selecting and appointing cadres nonjudgmental in county or city-level organization departments, through analyzing the global object and system structure of decision support system of cadre information management and selection appointment, a decision support model of cadre selection appointment is constructed. Cadres will be selected, scored and ordered based on appointed qualifications and cadre information in the model, and then the system can provide decision support for cadre selection and appointment in a just, fair and transparent way, which offers help for routine work of organization departments effectively.
